Kacang Putih (Pakoda)
Malaysian's favourite snack- Kacang Putih Pagoda. Originated from the famous Kacang Putih Land, Ipoh, Buntong. It has a rough and hard texture made using soaked dhal beans and mixed with tapioca flour before being fried. It is spiced with fennel and anise giving it a sweet and liquorice-like taste.
